my hand is still painful..and for today it's busy for the sashimi buffet..full house..furthermore,max went for meeting so we sort of 1 person..trying to handle the situation but doesn't really seems easy..the nagashi was flood with orders and the worst thing was that the food on the belt only felt the hot items from the hot kitchen..all the customers were asking "WHERE'S MY SUSHI?I ORDER IT JUST NW"..almost all the customers were saying the same thing..so i went into the nagashi to help them with the orders..trying to tel the what orders has to go first and so on..thank god that we manage to finish everything before the sashmi buffet ends..and one more thing..I HAVEN'T TAKEN MY BREAK YET..so went for break at 5plus..late enough.after i came back from my break,people coming for the sushi buffet was okay..still manageable..then at night was quite busy..overall,i almost forget my pain today.. |
